1 OF 1

The day was bleak and dull. The sky was preparing to burst open and pour down at any Moment. More darkening clouds drifted subtly to form overpowering groups of rumbling masses. Suddenly, the sky exploded and drenched the whole countryside in water like the forming of skim on a glass of milk The black clouds now covered up all the heavens. Thunder crashed and clapped loudly ringing out between the hiding houses. The lightning flickered on and off repeatedly like a warning of gloom. The trees were felled and the grass was frozen in stillness.
After the savage war, the neighbouring lands fell to a deadly silence.

The storm had lasted for a brief eternity.
